If your accounting software is already in the cloud...perfect! If not, I’ll make the migration as easy as possible and set it up from A-Z if you are just getting started.
Daily I will pull your business transactions from the bank feed and into a cloud-based accounting software.
As the month goes on, I will work on matching and reconciling each of these transactions, ensuring accuracy.
If you require accounts payable and/or accounts receivable support, I’ll help ensure your bills are paid (payments are always approved by you) and your customers accounts are collected on time.
Each month I will email you the balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows. I'll also send a translation of what these reports really mean for your business so you can make informed business decisions for the months ahead.

As you spend money, simply snap pictures of your receipts within the appropriate software app on your electronic device and I will take it from there.
If you receive any bills by email, simply forward them to your custom email for Hubdoc (if you haven’t heard of Hubdoc, check it out below!), which then pushes the data through to Quickbooks Online.
